Rifle Scopes millet lrs 1/10 vs 1/4/moa

I am looking at getting the millet lrs from midway. There are 2 models 1/10 mill and I am assuming the other one is a 1/4 moa adjustment. I know this is a stupid question to some of you but what is the difference between the 2. The scopes I have now are 1/4 moa wich I get and have data on my loads with them. I am getting the lrs for my 300 winmag 5r.

Get the one that the turret matches the reticle. If it has a Mil reticle, get the Mil turret.

If you are used to 1/4 MOA, 1/10 mil click value is 'about' 1/3 MOA if that helps get your head wrapped around it.

If you get the scope that has matching turret and reticle, you will want all your scopes to be like that, so be warned in advance...
