Rifle Scopes Millet Rings

Millet's tactical rings, are they going to hold any zero? I am kind of stuck between getting a Weaver pic base and rings, or a Millet pic base and rings. I am kind of stuck with those two brands, long story. I could mix the two up, what would be the best bet? I think I could also do Burris as well if that would be any better.

The rifle would be a 700P

I have Millet rings and base on my 700 P - Had no problems with them holding true.
