Nikko has higher magnification but millet has .1mil adj.
This is more a question of brand quality rather then price or features

Nikko Stirling are junk. It seems every gun shop in Australia has a pile of faded Nikko boxes in the bargain bin or give them away as a package deal on cheap rifles. They're right up there with countersniper in terms of quality.

I've never even looked through a millet scope but I'd recommend you don't buy the Nikko.
