Gunsmithing Milling handguard for adjustable GB access

I am currently running an adjustable gas block with my Aero precision COP monolithic upper, but once installed I cannot access the adjustable set screw. I'd rather not take off the barrel every time I needed to make an adjustment.

Could someone recommend a gunsmith/machinist that would be able to mill enough material to allow access to the set screw?

With the correct bit and a few minutes Im willing to bet you could round a little material off with a dremel. That would allow you to get in there with an allen key to make your adjustments.

I figured that'd be my last resort if I couldn't find anyone. I really didn't want it to look like a dremel job, especially when I do not have a fixture to hold the setup correctly.
