Milspec Reciever extension kit question

I want to switch out my PRS stock for a CTR on my OBR. Can I use a standard Receiver Extension - Mil-Spec, 6 position tube with M4 castle nut? I will use an H2 buffer and Tubbs buffer spring for AR-10 /SR-25.
