Gunsmithing Mini-16 extractor upgrade - preferred gunsmith?

I have a GAP Templar V1 action with a remington 700 extractor that I would like to get upgraded to the mini-16 extractor.

Is there a preferred gunsmith on the board to perform this specific work?

There are several very good ones. LRI, SAC, Pro-Precision Rifles, Area419

When I only have 1 to do I send it off to one of those folks rather than break down my machinery to cut a single job.
