One of my current set ups is a scar17 cqc with a sandman K, the noise doesn't bother me a such as the flash. That being said any first hand experience With other small 308 cans on 308 sbrs? In particular anyone with hands on time behind a knights qdc cqb 7.62 on a sbr 308?

have you tried running your SandmanK with the flash hider end cap?

Flash hider end cap (and maybe some flash suppressant powder) is the answer. No other can of the same length will be any better. The only other one that will probably come close would be the Rugged Micro 30 with their flash hider end cap.

Yea im using the FH end cap and the muzzle break naked no can is about half the light.
