Minox bv 10x42 tac or Steiner T1042r?

Hi guys, I would like to buy a lightweight binoculars with Mil reticle, to use for everything, I'm undecided between the Minox BV 10x42 TAC or STEINER T1042R. What would you recommend?

IMO, The Steiner is a higher grade optic and built somewhat better as well.
