Minox BV II 10x42 BR Binocular

Anyone have these? I found a really good deal on a pair of Minox BV II 10x42 BR Binocular
using them for my fire dept. command vehicle and hunting. Not many reviews. My Department gave me a $250 budget max. if these are not good please recommend an alternative. 10x is a must, good light gathering, tough and water proof. Thanks in advance.

Those are a very nice binocular, around the quality of the Nikon Monarch 5's.
