Rifle Scopes Minox ZP8 vs S&B 1.5-8

Anyone have time behind either of these. I am stuck on which one for my sr25.

I really like the Mr10+ reticle, But I never even seen an minox in person.

The schmidt and Bender is jsut that, a name I know and trust.

Anyhelp would be great.

90% of my time is running CQB drills out to 50 yards and hitting steel out to 400.

My experience with the zp8 has been brief and it doesn't see much use anymore but overall I've found it to be solid. I didn't find the eyebox to tight like I've seen in a few reviews. The dot is daylight bright but once it switches to the reticle illum after 2x its not and that may be my biggest complaint. I do like the locking turrets and the resistance to unlock them I feel is excellent. I haven't really used the Mr10+ reticle features but it seems like a well thought out reticle. Doesn't seem to cluttered or thick.

I didn't post in the OP, The reason I want atleast an 8 power is I have land a few hours away that I shoot at once a year or so that goes out as far as a i want. So on occasion we shoot out to 800-1200. at that point my skills get limited.

That's why I want quantity glass. You get what you pay for.
