Suppressors MISSOURI CLASS III QUESTIONS

SO I AM A MISSOURI RESIDENT AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT GETTING A CLASS III LICENSE. MY FATHER HAS A REGULAR FFL, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO EXPAND INTO THE CLASS III MARKET.

I would first learn to use the caps lock and shift keys, then I would contact my local BATFE office and ask them.

I didn't even mention grammer.....

Class III FFLs probably need attention to detail to keep their books straight and themselves out of hot water.

The use of proper typing etiquette goes a long ways here to getting people to think your question is worthy of a response.

Go HERE and read up on your state laws and restrictions.

In Missouri, only those personnel licensed by the ATF are allowed to own a can. A C&R is a license, so get a C&R, find your can, pay the former owner, fill out the paperwork, wait for approval, and go pick up your can.

And don't shout. Attitude is not looked kindly upon on these forums.
