MK Machining - great customer service

    I want to take a moment and share a short story about awesome customer service. I ordered a throw lever from MK Machining. The lever was late showing up and I figured it got lost in transit so I sent an e-mail to Tyler. Tyler looked through his outgoing stuff and discovered that my package had somehow fallen off the table and went un noticed. Tyler rushed it to me right away as I explained that I had a local match coming up and was eager to get it in time.

    When I received the lever, it was the wrong one. I contacted Tyler who now felt really bad and wanted to make this right so he offered to send me a scope level for free when he sent the right throw lever. I said, no worries I don't expect that and reassured him that I understood that mistakes happen.

    Tyler rushed out the correct throw lever and included a scope level in the package. This was above and beyond what I expected and greatly appreciated. Even after I told Tyler that I did not expect anything more than to get what I ordered, he still wanted to take care of a customer. I think he was embarrassed by a couple little mistakes and I do not in any way think that a couple little mistakes reflect poorly on his operation at MKM. I believe that everyone makes mistakes, what you do about it makes all the difference.

    MKM has set an example of great customer service.
     
    Another kudos for MKM. I ordered two throw levers. When they arrived, I found out they were the wrong size. Called Tyler and explained the problem. He had me mic the scopes and knew the problem, told me which ones I needed. Thanks Tyler.
