More flexible, slightly weaker spring, and do not lay perfectly flat. So, basically, designed to not make a lot of noise when popped open. If hunting, and you are the type of person who opens your caps before the kill, then get the MKM. There is still the audible pop noise when you open them.
I tried both on my 34mm Tract Toric. I prefer the Aadland because they lay flat, and the spring is stiffer. Both are good quality.
