Hello! I am from MO and have close to no experience in long-range precision shooting. I am a rookie/hobby shooter. I discovered SH a while back, and have been reading different technical threads ever since. I registered as a member now to continue learning, to take advantage of the PE, build a decent rifle, and start training.
