Rifle Scopes MOA convert to MIL NSX?

Picked up a NSX for my dad a few months ago in a trade. He isnt as picky as me about the Mil/Mil thing but I noticed on CS gunworks website they sell MIL knobs.

Can they be converted by simply changing the knobs out? I wouldnt mind setting it up Mil/Mil if thats possible.

CS lists them so it can be added to a new online order.

If you want a scope converted, you need to send it to NF, it's not user replaceable.

Either the detent ring or the thread pitch needs to be changed to accomplish the different adjustments. Maybe even both.

Thats what I was afraid of but I figured it couldnt hurt to ask.

I havent removed the knobs from the one I have so I wasnt sure if it was possible or not.

The cost is $320 to convert moa turrets to mils (plus they will put in a zero stop at no addl charge).

Go to the NF website for info.
