I was checking these out and they look great on paper, does anyone have any firsthand experience that they could share about the quality and function?

    thanks

I was not a fan. Before they introduced the collar I saw a guy break 2 sets of legs at one match in one day. They charged him shipping to replace the legs. I think when I got one after seeing those legs break I was always wherry of mine breaking as well even with the added collar. I hated the spring on the legs. It was basically useless, I liked the idea but did not like the actual product. I have since got an Atlas PSR and think its a 10x better product.

I personally really like the latest model Evopods. I had one of the very first Evopods off the line. It held up well for six months until I broke both legs during a match in Washington. I had another set of legs and my atlas for backup. George replaced my broken legs with the new collard legs for free and I had them within a couple days after I called him to let him know if the issue I had. That was over 18 months ago. I have not experienced any issues with the new legs. One of my favorite things about the Evopod is the ability to use it in a mini spike configuration. I think it brings a little more versatility than the Atlas, but I also prefer how the Atlas leg adjustments are accomplished. Both are excellent bipods. I typically pack two bipods to matches as there are stages when both can come in handy. I stock and sell both Atlas and Evopods. Feel free to ping me with any other questions.
