Hey all, Though I would share how I mount and move my reloading press and accessories on my bench.
I was looking for a way to move things where I wanted and to attached and remove other items. Trimmer, Primmer, powder drop etc. This to me is a cheaper way to achieve the same idea as Ultimate Reloader can do.
My bench is a piece of counter top that is 1.5" thick ( 2 layers of particle board) that was free to me, so I used it. I installed 3/8" threaded inserts with 1/2" washers on a standard interval (8" for me) and mount all of my tools on 3/4" oak boards so I can attached them to the table. ( See Photos) This has worked really well for quick attaching or moving things. My Press has a double thick base to deal with the extra pressures.
I do have holes in my bench but have not had an issue with this.
Note - I started the 8" measurements from each end so I can mount the main press on either end. This happily left me with a 4" interval near the middle of the bench.

1/2" washers and a 10MM hex wrench to install them. I recommend the proper size drill bit for installation as well.
On a side note the Vise had been one of the best thing ever on the bench, and I can easily remove it.

The shelving above the bench is an old mail slot for a church. Works pretty well to hold all the little crap we all want to pile in there.
