What's the best monopod height for a GAP 10 w/the PRS stock?

I like the BT 12 QK but for the most part, where I shoot is fairly level. I'll put it on my rifle and take a few pics

You might already know but I forgot to mention that if you need it to go lower you can swivel the pod and support it with your fist. You can also use it like this to make rapid adjustments if what you are doing calls for it. I think Mike at CS Tactical made a video showing this a while back but I can't find it.
