Gunsmithing Montana rifle barrels

Has anyone had experience with the Montana rifle barrel manufacture, I'm looking at the #7 SS target barrel, information would be appreciated.

Just as SH is uniquely informed on IOR and USO scopes, the Accurate Reloading forum has lots of interaction between the gunsmiths and Montana Rifle.

While not my first choice in a barrel. I bought one my gunsmith had in stock when rebarreling a rifle for my fathers Christmas present 2 years ago. It is a CM #5 1-10 6mm that was chambered for 6mm rem. I shoots very well 3/4 to 1/2 with everything we've tried under 100 gr. It really likes the 75 gr Vmax. It also cleans quickly. I think there are better but there has been nothing wrong with the one I have.
