Fuck California statists. I hope that an AR-15 and several standard capacity magazines get brought back into the state from Nevada gun shows every day in the hands of patriots and constitution-abiding citizens.

Kudos to the SanFran citizens who are sticking up for this man and holding "eat-in" protests. I bet if that sandwich had a non-"green" and non-compostable eco friendly wrapper, they'd have charged him with even more shit.

He's just complaining the whole time. I've been stopped and questioned twice before for literally no reason, I am certain they both walked away feeling like fucking morons for stopping me. You don't argue with cops, don't get worked up, the less you care the better. The more objective and rational you are the more easily you can reveal to them the retardedness of what they are doing.

The guy was a mouthy self-centered fuck who could have learned an easier lesson than he did, whatever your feelings about LE or the current state of San Francisco/Oakland or California in general. Frankly, he should have been arrested for those sneakers alone, let alone disturbing the peace all the way down the platform and out of the station. Somewhere, somehow, he didn't get the "fuck you, no trophies" memo. Imagine dealing with people like that for 8 to 12 hours every day, willing to dispute everything for no reason other than the fact that they have the mistaken impression that mommy dropped a snowflake of a frog.

SF is a true tragedy. I have been traveling there for 25 years and it was always out there but in a better way. In the 80s, it was a hot bed of liberalism and change to remove discrimination, mostly against gay men, lots of activism that was truly trend setting whether you agreed with it or not. Personally, I could care less if you are gay or lesbian...I don't care.

I was just there and haven't been in about 3 years....It looks like the decay over three years is just staggering. Filthy fucking people in the financial district...druggies, homeless refuse. They are better off dead. It is a shame that all Americans should see for themselves...there would never be another Democrat elected.

Maybe someday they will throw off the chains.......NAH, it's California.
But I do think it's great and I hope more people get to interact with the king's men enforcing draconian rules.

It's a state constitutional mandate. They even have billions in a "rainy day fund".

Now getting bonds approved by voters for stupid shit is a different story and just one reason why the state is in debt. (Public service pensions is the biggest problem)

I agree with this statement, but they still decide on whether or not they are going to enforce said laws. They don’t have to. I think there is more to this story than we are being told, I hope.

Sure if you look at cash in/out for a year. That will make the serfs feel good, while we defer maintenance on critical infrastructure, take out loans and bonds at an alarming rate, and remain trillions of dollars in debt to those loans\bonds\pension funds. But yeah, it is the .gov way.

The dregs of scum shitting and pissing in the streets will just be a guest of the city using taxpayer money for health care, food and housing. Why waste the money they just leave them to roam like the animals that they are.

Cali knows Socialism and knows they are going there. They are trying to say never should you eat in public in socialism.

Why? Because it’s dangerous to have food when everyone else is starving. So the Govt is just looking out for the guys life. :)

The regulations are in place because work commuters who have to dress nicely don't want to show up covered with somebody else's grease stains. People on public transit are packed in like sardines during rush hour. SEPTA in Philly and its suburbs has similar restrictions.

Polluting other states that don't welcome thier bullshit views.

How can we help fix them instead of being forced to assimilate the refugees?

At least when we get illegals from down south they can't vote to f-up our state.
