So a while back on a site we have since abandoned I posted my saga with PT&G, well it gets better. On Thursday 1/26 I ordered a DBM that showed to be in stock from PT&G to be delivered to RW Snyder for my Bighorn and got an emailed order confirmation on Friday 1/27 and my credit card was billed right away, after waiting 5 days from the day I placed my order I had not received a shipping notice from PT&G so I emailed them on Tuesday 1/31 to find out status of my order and got a reply from Christy saying "the bottom metal tech said that he it should ship out by the end of the week" (the end of the week would be Friday 2/3). On 2/1 I replied to Christy "When I ordered this the part showed to be in stock, does it take your shipping dept. 2 weeks to send out an in stock item?", Christy or anyone else never bothered to reply and offer any sort of explanation. Today (2/9) I called and talked to another lady and asked the status of my order, she looked in my account and could not find the order so I gave her the order reference and she put me on hold for about 10 minutes while she called her shipping dept. After 10 minutes the lady came back on the line and said that the part had been shipped to RWS yesterday 2/8, when I look up the tracking # provided at 11am today the USPS site says:

So PT&G hasn't even given the damn thing to the USPS because it has been almost 24 hrs and USPS hasn't scanned it in yet. While on the phone with the lady from PT&G I asked why an in stock item takes two weeks to ship and she got snotty with me and said "well if you would bother to read our terms and conditions before you submit your order you will see that we can do that", I hung up the phone before I told her what a snotty bitch she is (not out of regard for her but I don't want them FUBARing my order any more than it already is). I called Robert Snyder to give him an update because my rifle has been sitting in his shop waiting on PT&G to get their shit together and Robert told me that PT&G had billed him for the DBM (after they already billed me). Don't get me wrong, Dave Kiff makes some good products but his staff are ruining his business. I knew better than to order from them again after they FUBARed my last order but I decided to give them another chance, I don't care if I have to pay more to go somewhere else I am done with them!
Fast fwd a few weeks and I get a call from Robert W. Snyder, Robert got the DBM and proceeds to tell me that not only is it not a drop in but it isn't compatible with AICS magazines, I mention sending it back and Robert says that he looked at the invoice and PT&G put "no returns, no exchanges" on the invoice. Dave Kiff's sales staff seem determined to destroy his customer base and are doing a good job of it, I will never make the mistake of ordering from them again.

Sorry to hear that. Will say the USPS will kinda fuck the tracking sometimes tho man i have seen exact same shipping status you mentioned many times and in actuality the item is already been in transit quite a while.... not sure in your case but might wanna give it a couple days....
