Hiders,

We have Remy Long Action and Savage 10FP 20moa Seekins bases in stock now. We also have the AICS Detachable Mag bottom metal that was on the recent Group Buy that ended October 31. I told Glen I don't know much about these but we want to sell all the great Seekins products. As a special introductory offer, price is $229 shipped.

I'll add these to the website tomorrow, but as always, I give you first notice.

Thanks!

Scott

Thanks Scott, I just got back from that thread to answer my own question, but your too fast! I see it's mounted under a 700 style short action.

Re: More Seekins bases, and AICS Mag Bottom metal

Glen's new AICS compatible DBM kicks ass, and if I were buying from a dealer I couldn't think of a better one than Liberty.

Once Phantom is done with the stock I opened up for Glen's DBM I'll be posting a thread on the setup.

Your base has shipped. 1" rings we are still waiting on...

Hi Scott...

I've got a Rem 700 in .243 I've been playing around with. Would this DBM be a good addition to this project? Will it work with the .243?

Also, as soon as Glen releases a L/A version DBM... Count me in for one of those as well.

I think so. This is designed to work with AICS factory mags in a QR format. Very slick design. I guess if it the .243 will load in tha AICS mag, then the setup will work. I would feel better if you asked Glen though...

Off to add these to the website...

Re: More Seekins bases, and AICS Mag Bottom metal

Hey guys.

The AICS mags feed 243's great. Anything that takes the 308 bolt face will feed good except a 6BR.

We are working on the long action kit and it should be available shortly after shot show. We have just been very busy trying to get caught up a little before the end of the year.

Re: More Seekins bases, and AICS Mag Bottom metal

Talked to Scott Friday, got it today. Thanks, brother. Looks like the usual Seekins work. I can't tell everything of course until the stock is inlet, but just popping the three loaded Alpha mags I have into it, the fit was great. I like the push-button release and the set screw to adjust it is a nice touch. Looks like you can turn it in just enough to make a mag release but not just drop out.

I will let everyone know when they are back in stock. The 1" rings are not good sellers and we usually sell about 30 sets a year. This year we sold a ton of them and just didn't see it coming. I try, but cant predict everything. We are machining about 130 sets, 100 for stock
