I'm building a .308 for a 12year old first season hunter and his dad wants him to use his rifle. It was his fathers fathers rifle. To make a long story short the kid is very small and poor. I can't modify the original stock (heirloom) :-(. So I need a very cheap used beat up stock that I can chop. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. I'm happy to pay for a beater or if some one has an idea I haven't thought of please let me know.
