Whats your pick for most durable 6.5 CM barrel? Normally I'd pick something double chrome lined and chf for sustained fire but haven't seen any.

Most durable and also available would be something like the Lothar Walthers nitrided. But really any quality 416R nitrided will be pretty great.

I dont even know of any CHF CL 6.5 AR barrels?

That's correct, I haven't heard of any either. Which is weird if you think about it. It seems like the technology should scale. Just need a different Mandrell. But maybe not.

I love our Noveske CHF double chrome-lined Barrel. Seems like it still shoots well even with a pretty moderate firing schedule.
