Anyone remember watching this on TV? I get a laugh out of it even after all these years. It really needs to come back on tv.

Re: Most Extreme Elimination Challenge

It's format has been robbed and watered down for the American version, called "Wipeout" on TruTv. It's okay, not great like MXC.

I loved "Floaters and Sinkers"!!

Re: Most Extreme Elimination Challenge

Wipeout can't hold a candle to great American voice overs of shows from other countries.

Re: Most Extreme Elimination Challenge

The British version was called Takishi's Castle and it went all the way through the Japanese version just with funny english voice overs, I remember watching it as a kid when I lived over there for a few years. To me all the others are just cheap knockoffs with crappy jokes.

Re: Most Extreme Elimination Challenge

It was only on from 2003 until 2008 I believe. Was the best thing on Spike TV ever. The original, like Wolvenhaven said was called Takishi's Castle. It was actually a big event where about 100 people tried to beat some buy in a castle in various events. The show has played all over the world in different countries. Thankfully, some of it is on YouTube.
