Rifle Scopes Mount Height Tikka Tac A1 W/ATACR 4-16 x 50

I have a NF ATACR 4-16 x 50 on the way but would like to order a 20 moa cant mount. Anyone have experience with this set up and know the mount height I need to clear rail?
