I am mounting a Redfield revolution 3-9X50 on a Howa 1500 .25-06 and I bought weaver two piece bases and quad lock rings and they are spaced too far apart, My scope does not fit, the bell lands on the rings? Any advice?

best solution is probably ditch the 2 piece bases and get a 1 peice rail EGW is probably the most bang for your buck. the one piece rail gives you more ring adjustability.
