Mounting a thermal in front of day scope

I've got a custom 308 built on a savage action sitting in a manners T5 stock and I'm wanting to mount a clip on thermal in front of my day scope. I found a picture of a picatinny mount on McMillian's website below I'd like to find. I sent McMillian a message to see where I could find one and didn't get a response.

Any thoughts ?
