I've been looking into getting and IOR 16X42. It comes with the mp8 reticle and moa clicks. But as far as I can tell there isn't an moa version of the mp8 reticle, it's only in mils. So is this scope only offered with moa clicks and a mil reticle?

In the USA, MIL reticle and MOA Clicks only. But I'm sure that scope is available somewhere in Europe w/cm clicks (1 cm @ 100 Meters, is the same as 0.1 MILS @ 100 Yds). The would not sell very many over there with inch clicks, as metrics is their standard.
Perhaps talk to Valdada about a possible conversion?

IOR has some US models that are offered in mil/mil configurations however that is not one of them. If you were to look at another model you could get mil adjustments.
