MPA Data Card Holder Issue

Recently added a MPA data card holder to my MPA chassis. Installed it just as instructed and got the expansion screw as tight as I possible could without thinking the Allen key was gonna snap.

while at the range today, after about 10 shots, something flew out, hitting may arm. It was the data card holder.

Anybody else ever have this issue? If so, how did you solve it? Honestly, I do t know how I can get the expansion screw any tighter. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Are you putting the open end of the slot inward or outward? If you are placing it outward, it will not stay in.

I checked it and the open end is inward. Now I don’t know if it was like that before as I didn’t pay attention. I was able to get a little more torque on it with a longer shanked Allen wrench. We shall see if it stays in this time. Thanks again for the info.
