MPA vertical grip on XLR chassis?

Has anyone ran a MPA vertical grip on other chassis like the XLR?

I always looked at the grip on the mpa chassis and thought it would never work. Then I tried one and bought the chassis.

It doesn't work, it's cut specifically for their chassis. You can put one on but it feels like it wiggles and/or is loose.

Buy the MDT, that works just fine

I've put them on ARs and XLR's. I had to shave some plastic on the XLR. Works great. It's just an AR pistol grip as far as the interface is concerned.

How did you figure out the angle and depth for the saftey spring on the AR?

I'd say the course of a single two day national match should be plenty to highlight it. As if I'm making the shit up and don't know plenty of people who have tried and abandoned this idea for the same reason?

Or do you think this really screams "stable grip design?" There's only a tiny piece making contact with the frame at the back and very front. As opposed to all the open NO contact area in red.

If you like how that aborted fetus clinging to your stock looks, good for you. If you haven't manhandled the hell out of the gun and felt that grip move, even better. Doesn't mean you're the first person to get an idea that several of us tried a long time ago...correct.

I apologise for my tone, that really does look good and I'm sure it won't move on you at all despite the lack of contact area and fact that it's not MADE for an AR pattern standard like every other chassis on Earth but MPA.
