MRAD barrels on Mk22

I recently got a true Barrett Mk22 in .300 Norma. I'm still waiting on my AML .338 Mk22 to freed from jail but in the mean time I picked up a 24" .308 MRAD barrel for to shoot a different caliber.

My question is, has anybody shot a commercial MRAD barrel with the mk22 supressor? It almost seems that I would need to swap out the brakes in order to get the threads to match.

You will need the AM338 brake. Do you have the 308 barrel yet? A picture would help.
