Rifle Scopes MST-100 Questions

I've got some questions about the BDC for this rifle. I understand how the top portion of the knob works but what's up with the bottom portion? I know it's to fine tune but what does the 1-3 stand for? MOA?

Which brings me to my next question, are the adjustments in MOA or mils?

Finally, could someone with one of these scopes list how much comeup there is between indicated ranges on the top elevation turret?

The second fine adjust knob is in 1/2 MOA increments and yes they are in MOA.

I reread my post, and just wanted to be clear. The 1,2,3 marks are in MOA but there is a 1/2 MOA click in between them as well.

Awesome. That is one cool system. The BDC and fine tune portion of the turret make sense now. Thanks for the information.
