muzzle brake painting/finishing

hey guys, im looking into painting/finishing my stainless steel barrel/muzzle brake on my 6.5x47. what i should paint it with that wont get blown off around the ports on the brake? Thanks guys!

Believe it or not, Krylon has held up very well on my brake. It was beadblasted before painting. There is carbon buildup in the brake, but outside the paint is still intact.

+1 for krylon, I just "ruffed up" the finish on my muzzle break with some sand paper and painted on a really hot day!

a friend of mine works for a company that uses mil-spec epoxy paint, but he has never used it on brakes. would that hold up ok with a proper time to cure?
