I had a boss, once that actually sent out a memo to all, which said "If you don't get this memo, call me." Hate working for people that are dumber than me.......

This....respect is earned, if you have to ask for it you aren't "bossing" right.

Bossing has nothing to do with respect, Respect on. The other hand has everything to do with it.
