There's no shortage of great smiths here that can get you set up in 6.5x55.
I'd ditch that scope and mounts before you take it out and shoot it. All you'll do with it is chase your POI around trying to get it sighted in.

Ohh and if you fill out your profile with your info a smith close to you may actually contact you but they have no way of knowing where you are if you don't put it in.

I wouldn't do business with a smith that had to troll internet forums for business any more than Id trust a cook at a restaurant that was empty at 7PM on a saturday night. I've done business with both and regretted it both times ;-)
