MY DOG
I went down this morning to sign my Dog up for welfare.
The lady said, *Are you nuts? Dogs are not eligible to draw welfare*.
So I explained to her: "my Dog is black; he is unemployed; he is lazy;
he can*t speak English and has no frigging clue who his Daddy is" and asked her to verify the rules.
The lady checked her policy book to see what it takes to qualify.........
My Dog gets his first check next Friday.
Damn! Is this a great country or what?
