Rifle Scopes My first NF

I got me first NF in a trade yesterday. WOW. It is a 3.5 X 15 X 50. Mil-Dot. moa - no zero stop. Appears to be everything that it claims to be. My question is what power is the mil-dot set for, 15X ? Thanks
