Finally got around to building a plate carrier thats a combination of many carriers but meets my needs. It has floating shoulder straps and will accept soft armor and large and extra-large plates, the kangaroo pouch on the front will also take double mags. It's a mixture of 1000D and 500D cordura with air mesh to wick off body heat.
