Just picked up my new GAP 300 WSM on Thursday & got it all scoped up. This is a sweet hunting rifle - nice and light.

Can't wait to get out & fire it up!!!

Congrats on the build man. I remember you posting that you had one coming soon. Let us know how it shoots!

Re: My new 300WSM from GA Precision

Nice looking rig. Whose base and what height NF rings?

Re: My new 300WSM from GA Precision

Thanks guys!!

Spooledup,

GAP "hunter" base for the Templar Hunter action (I think Badger makes it for them).

Low NightForce rings = .885" high

Re: My new 300WSM from GA Precision

Weighed it last night = all scoped up comes in at 8.75#

Re: My new 300WSM from GA Precision

Very handy looking rifle. Mine is a hefty bitch, I can appreciate how light that thing must be.

Re: My new 300WSM from GA Precision

I am used to lugging around 12# plus rifles too - this thing carries very nice all scoped up. It arrived alot lighter than I expected & I'm lovin it!!
