I just received my Accutac FC5-G2. This model is the wide stance model like the Atlas 5H. The Accu-tac is very high quality and the adjustments to the height, cant and piviot are very easy to use and lock up solid when needed. I have never used an Atlas so I'm not making a comparison. The Accu-Tac quality is A+ and it is almost $100 less. My experienc has only been with a Sako factory Bi-pod and Harris. The Accutac is much more stable than the Harris but is a bit heavier and the Accutac is certainly faster and easier to adjust.
