The specs are 260 Rem.on 700 action, Krieger MTU 1/8.5tw 24" tube, trued action, pinned PTG lug, Kampfeld bolt knob, all ss and bead blasted, with M41 Severe duty 6.5mm Brake. (Recoils like a heavy .243 with tiny pills) The gun weighs in at 21lbs with mag and shoots 139's in .2's @100, only stretched it's legs once or twice with a 600yd group @ 2.23" and 1000 at 4.7". It truly shoots as good as my custom BR rigs weighing 30+lbs in 6BR,PPC,& straight 6mm. Thanks Jon.
This is 5 shots of 4831sc, Rem brass (5th reload) at 100yds.

The stock is was in. HSP off a VSSFII (what the gun used to be in 22-250)

It was opened up to fit an MTU #10 Krieger, and shot just as well as in the AICS. Which will be up for sale in the PX soon.
5R in 20" .308, Weaver Tac, 20moa base, and PA M11 Brake. Out of the box a .5 min gun

.243 SPS in BC Light Tac stock, painted by me, Vortex Viper 6.5-20, tuned trigger 2# ans as always Triad Tactical stock pack

Haven't been able to get gun pics up in a while, but getting close to Match time, and wanted to get the old Canon working. Thanks for looking, as well as the advice to go from all BR shooting, to ringing steel at 1K. (Farthest is 1125yds)

With the 140 Hybrid I'm shooting 47.5gr and getting 2820, and with the 139 scenar, (most accurate load) I'm shooting 45.1 to 500, and 46 anything past 500. The 45.1 literally shoots tiny groups, but I'm only getting 2700 from it. I just got my Lapua brass, and a new shipment of 136 scenars, and I'm hoping with the shorter length I can push the 136's close to 2900. I actually pushed a 139 to 2950 running RE17, and with good accuracy, and a little sticky bolt, but I just got a tub of Re17, so I'll be testing it as soon as it warms up a lil. Don't wanna winter load that's screaming, and come ghog (80-90 degrees) season blow a 700 up, lol. Beanland has been awesome through the whole build. I won a Palma contour tube at a Match a cpl months ago, so I'm about to have a .243 or 6BR built using that new Bartlein tube. I also traded a new AR15 for a new Defiance short action, that I'll be using.

It really is. I've used many good Smiths, Dave Tooley, Clay Spencer, Gretan, and owned a cpl Gaps, R&D, etc. I couldn't believe the attn to detail. He also used a reamer that has very little freebore, so I could shoot from magazine. I wish I could load my 139s out a lil further to stuff some more 4831sc, but when 45g shoots like it does, I can't argue with that. I'll probably use him to do the .243 in the pic with the B&C stock, I have the 6mm brrl, and looking to trade for some glass, but I can't decide on 6CM, 6-6.5x47,6BR, XC, or the good ole 243. But I'm not gonna waste this brrl as it shoots 105 a max's (Thanks to you Niles Coyote) sub .5" @ 100, and less the 3" at 600yds. I've bought probably 100 rem 700's, but only about 8-10 that will shoot .5" 5 shot groups consistently . And I think the 5R is the way to go for anyone looking for a accurate gun, that's easy to load for, and cheap to shoot.
Only problem I have with the 700 is the trigger. If it had a trigger like Savage accu-trigger, and chambered it's 260's, and 243's in 8 twist. Ohhh would I jump on one.
