I've been only shooting 22 and 300 blk. Just got a LWRC 8" upper and decided to make my old spikes 22 conversion work with the piston. Had to do a little grinding and add a tig weld to the top for the piston to hit. So I take it out and I'm shooting wolf match subs and their working good. Then I grab a box of cci 22 quiets that would never cycle my 10/22 or 22/45, and be damned if they didn't run it this thing like a swiss watch. 200 rounds later and I'm still laughing. Had to share. Only down side is I only have 350 of the quiets left and they're extinct like all 22s, still fun with the wolf's.
