My new little one

My Savage MkII TR bought from Fdsniper on here. I plopped an SN3 on it and took out some steel piggies over the weekend. This thing is a tack driver with Wolf match extra and CCI match. I have other ammo to try this weekend.

I love this little rifle.

Yeah, my son too. And, in fact, we decorated his room in monkeys, so running with that theme I did a little painting:

Nice rifle, but I still get amazed when folks put $2000 optics on a $400 rifle. But I would do it too if I could afford it, haha

Part of it is the scope wasnt being used currently. The other is that once you get used to great glass, its awfully tough to go back. I'll eventually drop the SN3 on another 308, and hopefully put a NF on this. (Jay, you listening?
