My new project .243

Just picked this up today.
Remington 700 CDL .243
Zeiss Conquest 6.5-20x50
I plan on keeping the wood stock and bedding it. Not sure if I want to re-barrel immediately or not. Will have the action worked though. I really like the CDL's feel, fit, and finish.

If you are going to have the action trued, I would also put a barrel on it at the same time. Probably replace or adjust the factory trigger. How does it shoot now? It may not need anything. What are you planning on using it for?

Yeah I wouldn't bother messing with the action unless I was going to rebarrel either. Maybe have it recrowned?
