She's a work in progress. I bought the original while I was home on leave. Original was a Remington .308 Sendero. I had the stock replaced, trigger replaced, barrel bedded, new scope rail, new Millet 6X25-55 Scope, New Duracoat on the Barrel, and had the Wyatt Magazine Conversion Kit installed as I prefer using real magazines rather than the internal Remington uses.

I still need to get a new Tactical Bolt Knob, Get some work done on the bolt itself, and install a Muzzle Brake. I am leaning towards the VAIS, but I like the look more of one that has a larger diameter than the barrel itself. Personal Preference Only. Also looking for a rear Monopod that will fit on the rear sling mount. It's looking like I might have to install a short rail there first which I am trying not to do. All this will have to wait till I get home at the end of October.

Only had a chance to take her to the range 3 times, but she was firing a consistent .40 3 Shot Group at 100. When I experiment with the loads and see what works best for her and get used to the new rifle, I know I can bring that down.

First pic is the rifle when I got it. Rest are what the rifle looks like about a week later

Nothing wrong with a Vais brake, you can buy it what ever size you want up to I think .875 and then have it (tapered spelling?)to match the barrel. I like the flush fit myself, but we all have our own ideas.
I cant see the sling swivel in the photo but this may work. http://www.accu-shot.com/
Stay safe!
Oh, by the way...nice stick!

Thanks. Didn't know that.

I've looked at that Monopod, but it has a angled top for use on a regular stock. The area I need to mount mine is flat so when extended, the leg would be canted at a backward angle.

Thanks

yeah I see what you mean about the angle of the mono-pod base. I have never considered using one on my particular rifle. That said, the bottom of my stock is flat also...Oh well now there are two of us looking, not that I need one, but there should be a simple fix!
