Thanks to Scott Milkovich at Specialized Dynamics, I have my SPR nearly complete! Think it is looking great. A couple parts coming from Brownells and I will get it out to the range and put some rounds through it!

Specs:
Tactics LLC lower (from pre-Specialized Dynamics days)
POF stripped upper
18" SPR mid-length stainless 1:8 bbl threaded to 1/2x28
Magpul CTR stock
Free Float tube
Geiselle Trigger
Aimpoint Comp ML3 will be replaced with an SS 1-4 as funds allow

Very nice rig. I like the Aimpoint Comp ML3 so when ready to sell please PM me with price your looking for. ( IMO just keep the ML3 they are great. )

I like the ML3 also, but for out past 300 I think they are not quite as well suited as a 1-4 with reticle. I am going to get the circle reticle version SS so I will still be able to run it like a red dot..

Gaslight... I was also going to suggest the 1-4 SS... with a rifle like that, you sure need the glass on it. That thing will be a shooter, for sure.

What barrel did you use? My 1:8 tube sure loves 69 grain SMK's... I'm running a very similar setup, with a White Oak tube. I'm using the 3x9 SS on it. However, in the near future, the 1-4 SS is going on it.

The barrel is a black hole, I am told it will do 1/2 MOA or Scott will take care of me on it, all his stuff shoots so I am not worried at all.

I found the receiver in a box

not sure if they are sourceable or not, that would be a question for POF I am guessing.

Sweet... BH barrels are (from what I have experienced) pretty straight. (smile)

I had a batch of POF uppers that are all sold except one or two that have dings in them, I think Dave got one from me a long time ago. POF uses billet uppers now and i got the last batch of the forged ones.

Looks sharp! My sprish rifle built around a woa pipe is nearly done as well. I went for a bushnell elite tactical 3-12 and will mount a dot sight of one kind or another at 45 on the handrail.
