Rifle Scopes Mystery ring ID

These rings came with a S&B scope I just bought. No markings on the rings. They were said to be stainless steel Badger rings. They seem to be stainless but don't look like Badger rings. They look more like Nightforce extreme duty rings, but those are aluminum. Can anyone ID these rings?

Thanks Jester. Sent Near an email with some questions. A quick search showed some positive comments on Near mounts but nothing definitive. What is the consensus on Near rings versus ARC or Nightforce or other top tier mounts? Application is on an AI AT with the S&B scope for informal shooting.
