Anyone know what this cap may fit? I am looking to sell it if anyone were to want t for a build. However, I do not know what it is or fits. It is a 1" cap with 4 holes on each side and the rear two holes screw in from the bottom.

Looks like a standard Badger SIMRAD Ring-cap . it is for the std. ( 4-screw Ring set ) . when you mount the SIMRAD cap on the front Ring, using 4-screws . You take the ring-cap and flip it over and mount rear, under backside the SIMRAD cap . turning it into 8-screw Cap that clamps the scope body tube .
.

Yes .. 99% sure is my internet Guess . ( might be wrong ? ) because it something that is not physically in my hand & eyes ID .
It a 1" ring-cap . most common is the 30mm with 1" reducers . and then 34" / Badger .
but looks like I described in post above and is the most common out there .

That does look a lot like the one that I have. I think that the ones like that are a little longer that what I have. That one has 8 lines on the top and mine has 6.

Also something different that I just caught . The rear cap screw holes for mounting the remover ring-cap, and flip under the backside .
Yours screw-holes pass threw when tapped (open on top) . and the bottom-rear screw holes on mine don't, they smooth and flush finish .
.

PM sent . if you want my info . And if really, important for a positive ID, and you think there one of possible Leopold Run of cap .

You live in Nashville area, but I only live 25-minutes from Leupold and could just drive it over and physically show cap and ask a Tech. in person if it was one of there Cap runs . just pop it in a small 2-3 day Del. flat rate box . and then I just mail it back .
.
edit add.
Your Cap is odd and 1" not that practical for working with these days, everyone want 30 or 34mm . Might be just one of a few caps made/ aftermarket copy retail . Or, I would imagine when the pvs-9 was 1st introduced, there could be all sort of Cap revision done and floating around out there, along with the Runs that were actually submitted for Mil. contract .

The cap I have is 4 screw

It’s definitely 30 mm

I’m almost sure it’s for Leuplold mk4 rings badgers are too tall one the ring base the ring cap is deeper cut so it looks like leupold mk4 rings

Too bad I sold mine
