Rifle Scopes Name this scope mount?

I was checking out the NRA's page for firearm insurance and they have this picture posted on the top of their page.

Any ideas what type of mount it is? It looks like an S&B scope as it has the Ciricle and Dot on the windage knob, but I've been wrong before, just ask my wife.

Some Euro mount that a lot of the manufacturers use over there.

Just read about it in another thread not long ago.

It has several features you don't see on US mounts anymore...,because they suck. That looks like it would be OK for a .17 or a .22.

Not too many years ago USO had a big ass scope that mounted like that. Kinda like the Unertls but the front of the mount was directly under the objective. It makes a sort of sense.

Edit: not as far forward as I thought.
